The Presentation maximum duration of 10 minutes, 10 slides and 1500-word limit (with notes) and a supporting Report of 2000 words.
You need to pre-record your presentation in an accessible format and both Recorded presentation and report needs to be uploaded into Turnitin in Minerva in the area specified.

Additional guidance:
Your Presentation and Report can focus on any of the topics we have covered in the module (e.g. innovation culture, rewarding innovation, facilitating change). You are not required to focus on all of the topics we cover in the module; it is advisable to focus on fewer topics in more depth.
Support available: You are welcome to email me and Domini with any questions relating to the assessment. We will also dedicate the final session to preparing for the presentation.
Turnitin submission: Please upload your Report and slides to the Turnitin submission portal on the module’s Minerva.
Suggested structure:
−Title – ‘How can [name of your organisation] encourage innovation more effectively?’
−Introduction – the organisation, sector, theme and main theories used.
−Rationale – why you’re looking at this subject, what interests you,
−Context – any political, economic, social or technological events that are relevant to the presentation.
−Topic – the weekly topics you are exploring (maximum of two). E.g. innovation culture.
−Theory – the key points about the organisation. How this is substantiated by the theory. Show knowledge and understanding.
−Issues – any key problems or barriers that have emerged.
−Theme – any themes that emerge from the theory. E.g. sustainability.
−Quote – key quote(s) from the literature. This builds out of the previous section.
−Application – how the theory is applied or could apply to your organisation.
−Criticality – the limitations of the data. Sources are compared and contrasted.
−Discussion – include your original insights here (analysis and evaluation).
−Conclusion – synthesis of ideas.
−Reflection – this is a consideration of your learnings on the topic and how the findings affect you, now and in the future.
−Reference list – 15 – 20 references, properly referenced using BSU Harvard system.
−Appendix – include any primary research here.
