Q2: Radiologist Application – The CEO of your hospital signs a contract with a new radiology group to provide services. Your hospital’s Medical Staff bylaws specify that every practitioner must be granted medical staff membership and privileges. What happens after the contract is signed, if the Medical Staff Credentials Committee rejects one of the radiologists who applies for membership and privileges?
