The new section should address the following: Identify and describe at least two competing needs impacting your selected healthcare issue/stressor. Describe a relevant policy or practice in your organization that may influence your selected healthcare issue/stressor. Critique the policy for ethical considerations, and explain the policy’s strengths and challenges in promoting ethics. Recommend one or more policy or practice changes designed to balance the competing needs of resources, workers, and patients, while addressing any ethical shortcomings of the existing policies. Be specific and provide examples. Cite evidence that informs the healthcare issue/stressor and/or the policies, and provide two scholarly resources in support of your policy or practice recommendations. You are building onto the first module paper. I encourage you to make headings for each of the bullet points and then add content below. Be specific in the information you include to your first submission. You may not have your submission from Module 1 tuned back that is OK I am only grading the bullet points for this submission. This submission is 4-5 pages and you do not need to include a Introduction as you should have done that in the first section of the paper. Make sure you include a final Conclusion in the paper to focus on all the key points of the paper. Write the conclusion as if you were making closing arguments to your organization.
